Frequently asked questions

Does this replace my phone system?
No — it sits in front of it. Keep your existing number and trunk, or rent a new one just for the agent.
What happens if a caller needs a human?
Any teammate watching the call can take over instantly — by joining from their browser, or by having their own phone ring. The agent tells the caller a person is joining before it steps aside.
How is a call billed?
By the minute, from one credit balance. The pricing page breaks down exactly what a minute costs — the model, the speech-to-text, the voice, the phone line — with nothing bundled in silently.
Can callers tell they're talking to an AI?
The agent doesn't pretend otherwise if asked, and if the call is being recorded, it says so out loud before the conversation starts.
What languages does it support?
The voice library is filtered by language first, with native voices across several languages — pick the one your callers actually speak.
How do I get started?
Create an account, build an agent in the no-code builder, and connect a number — most people are taking their first test call within ten minutes.
Do I need any technical experience?
No. Agents are configured with plain-English instructions, not code or flowcharts.
Can I change my agent's voice or language later?
Yes, at any time — changes apply to the next call, not just new agents.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You'll be prompted to top up before any call is interrupted — calls in progress are never cut off mid-conversation for a low balance.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
Plans are month to month. Cancel anytime from your account settings.

Can you set the platform up for me?

Yes. Optional assisted setup is available for a one-time £350 fee.

What happens when every call connection is busy?

Eligible calls can wait in a managed queue and enter as capacity becomes available, subject to plan limits and queue priority.

Can one agent support several languages?

Yes. Multilingual mode supports ten languages and responds in the caller's detected language. A single-language mode can also be selected.
