Frequently asked questions
- How do I get started?
- Create an account, build an agent in the no-code builder, and connect a number — most people are taking their first test call within ten minutes.
- Do I need any technical experience?
- No. Agents are configured with plain-English instructions, not code or flowcharts.
- Can I change my agent's voice or language later?
- Yes, at any time — changes apply to the next call, not just new agents.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- You'll be prompted to top up before any call is interrupted — calls in progress are never cut off mid-conversation for a low balance.
- Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
- Plans are month to month. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
